At Fortitude Boxing, we do not just teach children how to box; we teach them how to stand tall. Our comprehensive youth programs are designed to build physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional regulation. We offer a disciplined, screen-free environment where students develop the confidence to navigate the real world with respect and determination. Our programs have been proven to be so successful we are constantly being asked to work in remote communities across Queensland, sharing our skills and knowledge. The gym every day is full of local community spirit. We strive to support those that need the skills to stand tall, and overcome obstacles, whilst providing training for the athletes that want to reach the top. Our gym has a place for you and those you want to grow into healthy, respectful, young adults.
There are 2 groups -
Focus: Fundamentals, Coordination, and Routine. This program introduces the younger age group to the discipline of sport while keeping it a fun exercise. We focus on foundational movement, establishing a routine, and the importance of wearing a uniform. It is the first step in transitioning a child into an athlete.
