BOXFIT
A class combining boxing techniques, cardio, and strength training. Perfect for all fitness and experience levels.
METCON
This class combines functional exercises, weightlifting, and cardio to keep your heartrate up and muscles working hard.
INTERMEDIATE
This class is designed for those who are ready to move on from the basics to refine and improve their boxing skills.
FUNDAMENTALS
This class will help build your boxing foundations from the very start, perfect for beginners.
ADVANCED FUNDAMENTALS
If you’ve been doing the Fundamentals for a while now and feel you cinfident enough to begin to LEARN to spar, talk to your coach about joining Advanced Fundamentals. There you will learn the basics of Sparing, the first steps.

FIGHT CLUB
An introduction to sparring - this class will build your confidence for contact work. Sparring equipment mandatory.

BOXTECH
Similar to Boxfit, this class combines boxing technique with cardio and strength but with a main focus on technique.

PADS & COMBOS
This class is about perfecting your punch combinations, improving accuracy, and sharpening your technique.
HEAVY BAG BLITZ
45 minutes of hard heavy bag work, lead by experienced coach “Lightning” Luke Meldon
GOANNA
Based on animal movements, a full body workout class with lots of stretching and ground work.
