BOXFIT

A class combining boxing techniques, cardio, and strength training. Perfect for all fitness and experience levels.

METCON

This class combines functional exercises, weightlifting, and cardio to keep your heartrate up and muscles working hard.

FORTITUDE RUN CLUB

Each Saturday morning run with one of Fortitude’s Pro boxers on a 5km course and finish with a $4 coffee at the Coffee Commune. Great way to start the weekend!

FUNDAMENTALS

This class will help build your boxing foundations from the very start, perfect for beginners or for those who want to keep their basics up to scratch.

ADVANCED FUNDAMENTALS

If you’ve been doing the Fundamentals for a while now and feel you confident enough to begin to LEARN to spar, talk to your coach about joining Advanced Fundamentals. There you will learn the basics of Sparing, the first steps.

FIGHT CLUB

This class will build your confidence for contact work. Work on practising set moves, develop technique. It’s NOT a competition! Sparring equipment mandatory.

BOXTECH

Similar to Boxfit, this class combines boxing technique with cardio and strength but with a main focus on technique.

FORTITUDE BOXING ACADEMY

We now break our school age classes into two groups, Pee Wee’s aged 5 - 10 and Fortitude Boxing School for 11 - 16’s. Click below for more information

PADS & COMBOS

This class is about perfecting your punch combinations, improving accuracy, and sharpening your technique.

HEAVY BAG BLITZ

Great way to end the week - Take out your frustration with 45 minutes of hard heavy bag work, lead by Head Coach “Lightning” Luke Meldon

GOANNA

Based on animal movements, a full body workout class with lots of stretching and ground work.

AMATEUR TEAM

Trained by Todd Kidd, Former Olympic, Commonwealth and World Title holder. The Amateur team competes regularly. Membership is earned and kept by diligent training and perserverance.

Fortitude's Masters of Disaster. If you are over 30 and still keen on competing in boxing competitions or training to compete, the Masters is for you! 3 terms per year with regular competirions with dedicated coaches and Masters only training
