PEEWEE

This class is designed for 5-10 years old for children of all skill levels, focusing on basic technique through drills and games.

This class is about perfecting your punch combinations, improving accuracy, and sharpening your technique.

HEAVY BAG BLITZ

45 minutes of hard heavy bag work, lead by experienced coach “Lightning” Luke Meldon

Based on animal movements, a full body workout class with lots of stretching and ground work.
