Courtney is a dedicated fitness professional and has been apart of Fortitude Boxing for 6 years. Courtney is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and discipline through training. Courtney has an extensive sporting background and is a qualified personal trainer, with expertise in boxing, conditioning, strength training and weight loss/nutrition advice. Courtney takes the Monday 6am Boxfit class, as well as Tuesday and Thursday’s 5:15am pads and combos class. Courtney specialises in combining functional fitness with boxing techniques to create high-energy, result driven workouts.

With a focus on technique, power, and agility, her coaching style ensures that every session pushes you closer to becoming your strongest self.
