CHRISTOPHER O’REILLY

4-0-0

Originally from Dublin and raised in Bettystown, Christopher O’Reilly started boxing at just eight years old after watching his cousin compete. Since then, the sport has been a constant in his life, taking him from small club shows in Ireland to tournaments across Europe.

A proud representative of Ireland, O’Reilly collected multiple national titles as an amateur and gained valuable experience competing overseas, including at the European Schoolboy and Youth World Championships. His time in the amateurs shaped his technical, methodical style and his reputation for being a disciplined, thinking fighter.

In 2024, he relocated to Brisbane to test himself on the Australian professional scene. Training out of Fortitude Boxing Gym, O’Reilly has quickly settled into life Down Under and is focused on developing under some of the country’s top coaches and alongside a talented team of pros.

He made his professional debut in May 2025 with a strong first-round stoppage win over Melino E’Tau Leleif, a result that reflected his sharp preparation and composure rather than pure aggression. Now fighting as a middleweight, he’s focused on staying active, learning with every fight, and earning his place among Australia’s competitive ranks.

Outside of boxing, O’Reilly is known for his grounded attitude, respect for his opponents, and the quiet determination that’s driven him from Ireland to Australia in pursuit of his dream.
