Our Golden Oldies training sessions are specially designed for over-60s who want to stay on top of their health and keep moving with purpose.
🕒 Session Times - Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 11:30am – 1:00pm
Each 90-minute session is built around a friendly, guided circuit format — work at your own pace while building confidence, endurance, and strength.
💪 What to expect:
Monday – Strength
Build and maintain muscle with functional strength exercises tailored for mature bodies.
Wednesday – Cardio
Boost your heart health and energy with low-impact cardiovascular circuits.
Friday – Combination
A balanced mix of strength and cardio to finish the week strong.
